## What we do
- Readiness audit: scored report across four rungs (Discoverable, Readable, Actionable, Buyable) with prioritised fixes. Fixed fee, 5 working days.
- Implementation: llms.txt, JSON-LD, markdown content layer, WebMCP tools on key forms, commerce protocol integration. 2–6 weeks on the client's existing stack.
- Ongoing care: monthly spec updates, agent traffic monitoring, quarterly re-audit.
